We wanted to get a bit vulnerable on this week's podcast and share about our recent married life, our relationship, and crucial principles when choosing a partner and creating a successful partnership that we've applied and are learning from our mentors.


Taking a deep dive into personal and interpersonal relationships, we go over identity and self-image when it comes to fitness. People are missing out on a lot of joy that can be brought from healthier habits, which will not only improve their physical goals but also their mental ones as well.


An important element to having a truly healthy fitness life is where your mind and heart are at, but also your technique and utilizing the wisdom already stored inside your body to improve your performance, reduce chances of injury significantly, grow stronger, and recover quicker.


We touched on the important topic of connective tissue, a topic not discussed enough, and how strength is necessary for every person. Not only for the athlete but for the single mom or dad. Fitness helps people recognize what they are capable of, keeps them young, and helps them to stay healthy. Aesthetics are the least significant when it comes to exercise.
